RETURN POLICY

At Bio-Pep we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all research compounds are supplied in sealed, laboratory-grade condition. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. RETURNS

1.1. Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, Bio-Pep does not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

1.2. Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The product was defective upon delivery; or
• The incorrect product was supplied by Bio-Pep.

1.3. To qualify for consideration of a return, the customer must:

• Notify Bio-Pep within 48 hours of delivery;
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including packaging and product labels; and
• Ensure the product remains unused and in its original sealed condition.

1.4. Bio-Pep reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim prior to approving a return or replacement.

1.5. Products returned without prior authorization from Bio-Pep will not be accepted.

2. REFUNDS

2.1. If a return or claim is approved, Bio-Pep may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the product; or
• Issue a refund for the affected item.

2.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.

2.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error was caused by Bio-Pep (including incorrect product supplied or verified defective goods).

3. LIMITATION

3.1. Bio-Pep shall not be responsible for damage, contamination, or deterioration of products resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
